The production unit is composed of hydraulic fixtures for machining centers, double-sided milling machines for workpiece rough machining, filtration cooling systems, chip removal systems and other components. Mainly used for crawler machining, it can efficiently and automatically complete all operational procedures of the machining center.

It consists of hydraulic fixtures for machining centers, double-end milling machines for workpiece rough machining, filtering and cooling systems, chip removal systems and other devices. Mainly applied to crawler machining, it can automatically and efficiently complete all operations of the machining center.

This automatic production line is an intelligent flexible production line for tensile test bars and titanium pins. It is mainly composed of double-station loading and unloading line, quick-change platform for robot grippers, three CNC lathes, air blowing cleaning mechanism, flash measuring instrument, roughness detector, laser marking machine, temporary storage station, robot ground rail, sampling material channel and six-axis industrial robot.
The line supports independent production of tensile test bars as well as mixed production of tensile test bars and titanium pins. Equipped with 3D vision inspection and code scanning cameras, it can identify QR code information of blanks and interact with lathes to realize automatic switching of machining programs.
