Project Overview
This solution is designed to remove residual burrs after connecting rod machining. The equipment adopts a dual-robot collaborative grinding and deburring method. It mainly consists of six-axis robots, floating grinding spindles, six-station rotary tables, connecting rod loading and positioning mechanisms, loading/unloading gantry manipulators, rotary flipping propulsion clamps, threaded hole air-blowing mechanisms, overall air-blowing systems, chip removal systems, main control systems and safety protection systems.
With an integrated design, the equipment only requires power and air source connection for on-site commissioning and operation.

❶Product Model

❷ Main Parameters

❶ Four-station Connecting Rod Rotary Gripper
It can grip four connecting rods at a time, realize ±180° rotary positioning and extend each rod independently. Currently applied to dual-station connecting rod fine boring equipment for automatic loading and unloading.
❷ Connecting Rod Profile Gripper
Position and grip connecting rods by their outer contour after fracturing. Used for loading and unloading on An Yong dual-station connecting rod fine boring machines.
❸ Dual-station Electric Flipping & Telescopic Connecting Rod Gripper
Achieve position adjustment of fractured connecting rods and complete feeding for assembly equipment. Widely used in loading and unloading of connecting rod tightening machines.
❹ Connecting Rod Main Rib Gripper
Designed to clamp connecting rod main ribs. Equipped with floating jaws to automatically adapt to different rib angles. Applied to Sumitomo honing equipment for material handling.
❺ Five-jaw Connecting Rod Gripper
Grip workpieces stably via big end hole, small end hole and rod rib of connecting rods. Suitable for loading and unloading on An Yong fine boring equipment.
